They made sure I was able to use my tire warranty.

They were professional. The price was a good value. It did feel like it took a long time to replace 2 tires when I was the only one there but I am happy with the service and the fact the refilled my donut with air incase I needed it again.

I've used this location before. Most likely will again. Except for surveys. I don't like surveys.

Everyone was friendly, my questions answered and work done in timely manner.

We arrived at 5:30pm, store closes at 6:00pm. It took the manager 30 mins to sort out the warranty replacement. He and the tech were ready to repair my tires immediately after getting approval. I was surprised by this, but told them to take care of it tomorrow. They were thankful and so was I that they were ready to do the work without hesitation.

I like the web site and ease of scheduling the appointment. Location is very close to home. I have purchased tires from Tire Kingdom in the past and quality of service seems to be consistent. Vincent got my vehicle in the shop right away. Tech seemed through in completing the service. I will return when this vehicle needs service or tires.

Employees were very nice and polite. Answered all my questions and we’re diligent in the work they provided to get me back on the road in a timely manner.
