The location was very busy, and could have used another service writer to handle the flow but the two gentleman handled the pressure like pros and remainded friendly throughout.

I can say that Les Swabs has nothing on this Big O tire company. I walked in was shown 3 options in tires and given the price. I ask when could they get me in and the answer that was given was Right Now. I said take my money! The service of changing my 4 tires was 45 min. I was thoroughly impressed they got me back on the road that quickly! Great Job and thank you.

Made the appointment by phone, they only had 1 set of tires in the size I needed in stock and held them for me. Took the car in for the appointment and dropped it off, was called a short time later and the car was done, dropped off my truck when we picked up the car for a tire rotation, they called a short time later and the truck was done.

I am a professional mechanic and I was using them for repairs that I do not do. TPMS , wheel alignment… Big O has never tried to upsale something I don’t need , always dependable.

Everything was well done, and the associates were great. I did not know about all of the pricing ahead of my appointment though. This might be explained when scheduling an appointment better.
