Do the job that is asked of you to do when I get 2000.00 in tires and won’t a front end alignment should be done

Manager needs to learn how to lead and manage. Managers overall attitude is poor, won’t even make eye contact and acts unhappy. Call the customer when vehicle is ready, I shouldn’t have to call to confirm. Took way too long to resolve the issue they created while working on my truck.

Make sure that associates are able to use the system correctly. Associate was aware that I purchased tires from Big O but still tried to charge me for a rotation. Also alignment wasn't fixed. I got halfway down road and steering was pulling to the right

I checked online and I found the tire brand I wanted, so I made an appt, but when I arrived store and found out that store didn't have what I wanted so suggested me to get cheaper brand for more price. After got the tires replaced, employee left the dirty hands on my door, chair and etc. Employee didn't even bother put the spare tire back to it's proper place which is under trunk so instead he left it in the trunk instead and left the mess. Very dissatisfied experience for me.

There is another big o 30 mins away in another city. With a 25% cheaper difference in cost. That explains why you don't show costs online. Price gouging because of the oilfield and Mines hurt those who work in dept stores, and or, are on a fixed income.

I took my 2020 frontier in for an alignment and get the truck back with a crooked steering wheel. Took it back next day and they released it in the same condition. NTB in conroe warranted the job and get it corrected.

I told Rene Ramos I only wanted my tires rotated not spin balanced multiple times. He still put the order in for spin balance and rotation, costing twice as much. Not at all satisfied with Rene Ramos.

They gave pricing on tire, but did not state that mounting and balancing was a separate charge. The comment was "this is why our tires cost less".

2 1/2 hours for 1 tire change, i had to go back because employees did not balance my tires at all, i was informed to come in as soon as possible and was not informed that the wait would be 2 plus hours.

Better explanation when purchasing tires and warranty on them
