My TPS sensors on my tires were not programed correctly, found out late until I was trying to put air in them that the sensors were not positioned right.

The hours of operation are foggy.... I overheard a sales guy tell a customer to come in at 7:30am on a Saturday to be first in line for servicing at 8am when the mechanics arrive.... Overall happy with service!

The waiting time on tire replacement wasn’t bad they take longer on the oil change I’m sure is way to improve that service other then that was good service

Ordered Big O tires. We’re not in stock but they still gave me BF tires at the same price but not same warranty as the Big O Tires I originally ordered.

Appointment was confirmed but tires weren’t there and had to be ordered and then had to return for 2nd appointment then because of my work schedule wasn’t able to get there until a few days later then I expected to find out my tires were sent back and had to be reordered and had to return for 3rd appointment which is when they were installed
