It was my first time in at this location, where I met Amy, the owner. She was wonderful, explaining the features of feeders and poles. And let us browse as long as we wanted. I went away with a new pile system and some food.

When I said my name (Robin) for my membership discounts she remembered me from the last time (I was looking for a card with a robin on it at that time) and she showed 2 items pertaining to a robin bird...and I bought one.

The sales associate was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. And she even complemented my bracelets and then proceeded to show me the new “Fahlo” bracelet animals and I bought a turtle to track it! I always enjoy shopping here. 🥰
