The owner was very friendly and took time to explain to me about various seeds, local birds, etc. Overall a nice visit.

The gentleman who helped me in the store (I'm sorry I forgot your name, sir!) was very friendly and pulled my order for me even though I had *just* placed it a few minutes prior after I had gotten confirmation that the discount code had been fixed. We chatted for a little bit about the latest bird sightings in our yards and we both had the same story to tell: We have been told the Junkos are back, but had yet to see them ourselves. We chatted a little bit more about the sign on the counter announcing the store's text alerts and I was on my way with my order and a little bit of community built with my Frisco WBU store.

Bird feeding and watching is our hobby. To accomplish this we need a store that can support our needs. Whether it's seed, feeders or houses Wild Birds is always there .

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and merchandise is displayed nicely. I really enjoy their knowledge and willingness to help me.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Very, very helpful.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. I wish I had more time to shop because the store looked so interesting. Stopped in for animal tracking bracelets specifically. Next visit I will for sure browse more!
