Knowledgeable , enthusiastic & friendly staff. Great product variety/quality. Organized and neatly displayed. Great discount offers with ‘frequent buyer’ program. Appreciate food size options to ‘test the waters’ of local bird populations as they eventually find stocked feeder stations and return-to ascertain which product(s) are most favorable to species in area. One stop shopping- much appreciate patronizing this local franchiser!

I had been in before and saw the earrings I bought, they were in stock and was also given a purchase card so that after I purchase so many I will get a bonus! Love it,

The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their excitement and interest was contagious. The atmosphere was such a “small town” neighborhood feel. I will be back and recommend the shop to my friends. The products are of high quality and the staff offered many creative options to attract the birds into my yard.

The store owner was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. She also showed me what various birds like to eat.

The owner is wonderful but some of the staff are not so helpful.

My husband and I are older with health issues and every other time someone has taken or offered to take our items to the car; when I told my husband that he should not lift/carry the bag of birdseed as he couldn't with his open-heart surgery, a customer offered to take it to our car. At 76 and 71+ years, this was "new" for us at WildBirds....we've shopped at four over the last 24 years.

Your seed products are very expensive. I paid 50.00 for a bag of bird seed. I also ship at Wells brothers and elliotts, who sell same type of product for 35.00. I bought the shelled seed which I know is expensive but 50.00??

This was the first time I stopped at a Wild Birds Unlimited so I had no real expectations. While I understand the membership encourages people to return to the same shop in order to receive the benefits.. I actually have a WBU shop that is closer to my home and it would be nice to receive the benefits there.. perhaps a 2 tier membership would be nice-- one which would be more expensive but allow patrons to receive benefits at every location? That said I was highly impressed with the quality of merchandise and expert advice! Thanks

Sales agent wasn't that friendly. We've been here before and have talked very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also I had a 20% coupon which I forgot at home unfortunately and staff wasn't even willing to look it up whether it was in my account or suggest any other alternative (although I totally understand it's my fault not bringing it to the store)
