The products I wanted were in stock, the staff person with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and helpful (and wearing a mask - A+ for that) and shopping there was enjoyable.

I love the owner of the store and Dianne Thomas a lady who works there. They are both very knowledgeable.

Amiee and her team are responsive, helpful, gracious and appreciative. I'm a new Frisco customer because the Preston Hollow store where I've shopped for years never responded to January phone calls or emails sent to them about product questions. I'm disappointed in that store's level of customer support. They will not receive my business again. I'm hopeful that the new relationship with the Frisco store serves well as I'm a ardent wild birder in our yard along a greenbelt. I'm also the lead swan caretaker in our NW Plano HOA so have a close connection with area wild bird experts that accentuates my own personal enjoyment of caring for wild birds in our yard.

It's a wonderful store. Clean, friendly staff, and a wonderful selection, not to mention the discounts for members.

Not only did we talk about products, i talked about the birds i currently see and which ones i would also love to come in. From there, the employee was able to give me some ideas which ended up being a little mix and match. They also helped me identify one of the birds coming to my feeder by taking the time to look at a picture.
