Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It’s always like going home. Nice to visit people that enjoy the birds as much as I do. I always learn a little something when I go in.

Friendly staff, so knowledgeable and helpful. Very patient with a bird watching newbie!!

You what I wanted and the staff member quickly found it. I also watched work a customer already in the store when I arrived. She offered suggestions and assistance to the customer.

Staff and quality of merchandise is always top notch. I wish there were more lower price and / or less quantity options for food and treats.
