I went to get what I needed to purchase, and had the opportunity to ask questions I had to better educate me on my set up at home. Also, was happy I received a mailed coupon and an alternate coupon for another item via e-mail. Lastly, I appreciate the rewards program to make me feel as a valued customer.

The staff there is quick to greet and ask if they can help. They are very knowledgeable and kind. One thing I appreciate is the don't hover. They explain and educate and then let you have space to decide. Also, this was our third time to the store and they remembered us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The young lady that waited on me did an excellent job. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the merchandise and birds. Prices are high. However, merchandise quality is excellent. So, you get what you pay for. I joined the 15% discount club while I was there.
