I've been to the store in McKinney and this one is much nicer. The store in McKinney looks more like a hardware store. A nice lady named Diane took care of me. She knew exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back.

They are extremely helpful and give ideas to better the feeding of my birds. They think outside the box to help. They gave me a sample to add to the seed I bought a couple of weeks ago, because the big black birds were not letting the little birds eat. It's working!!!!!

The rep who assisted me was very helpful and nice. I walked out with a new bird feeder and attachment that has proven an excellent squirrel deterrent solution.

Love this store, love the variety and quality of products but I especially love the owner and the employees. All are very helpful, professional and friendly. I love the "no mess" seed blends and so does the variety of birds that visit (along with the bunnies and squirrels).

Always nice to go into a store and be greeted and chat with staff. Common interests are easy to talk about and they have a lot of knowledge.

I enjoy chatting about birds n problem squirrels etc while in your store. Fun watching the live feed on TV monitors too.
