Even though the shop is small, it feels very inviting and easy to navigate. I love the selection of items and will consider it as a place where I can buy gifts as well as my usual bird seed purchases.

The staff all know their birds, and coach me well on what to buy, seasonality of birds in the area and feeding. It's a pleasure to converse with them.

Amy and her staff are always ready and willing to help. Clearly, they love their jobs and what they are doing for their customers. I usually have my dogs with me, and they are so sweet to them and give them lots of pets.
