The staff are always super friendly and the vibe of the store is so welcoming, calm and enjoyable. I love the live Bird cam and the sounds of the birds too.

I was quite impressed by the warmth and knowledge of the 2 ladies who helped me select products for the birds i have seen in my very small backyard. I was concerned before i entered the store that WBU would be like most franchises: the employees just "work" there and have next to nothing in the way of knowledge to assist a neophyte. many of those types of stores leave you to your own devices & if you make a mistake, "oh well...." Money wasted just to get an education..... But not in the WBU store. i walked out totally confident that i would have success attracting birds to my yard. & indeed, THE SAME DAY we installed everything, we had 2 mockingbirds enjoy and splash empty the bird bath. We had to refill the bath within hours of the setup i was grinning from ear-to-ear we will be returning shortly for other accessories and i know i will receive the same encouragement and education for my upcoming purchase as i did with my initial purchase.

I am fairly new to bird feeding and this has been such a fun hobby for my hubby and I. Each morning ‘our’ birds are waiting for us to come put food into their feeders and they reward us with funny tactics getting food and keeping other birds away !! Squirrels are loving your food too but they make us laugh so it’s ok !!
