The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to give us great advice and explain the price difference and quality difference between the stuff we were buying online and what was available in store. And he was right- we’ve already seen a big difference at home with how the birds are eating

I don’t remember her name but the sales person was the same person who greeted me on my very first time in the store last fall. She made me feel welcome and was very easy to talk to. She got me started with setting up a system to begin feeding birds here in North Texas. She was just as friendly and helpful this last visit to the store and I was happy to see her again.
