The tech was amazing. He went above and beyond and was very courteous even when there was a problem. He and some of the others that I have worked with at this location have always been the reason I keep coming back.

They offered to give me a free tire repair even though they are no longer partnered with NTB (my provider). I travel for work and it is very important that my vehicle stays up to par and Big O.Tires helped me stay on track with maintenance!!

Staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. We always go there for all repairs, and it is always fixed the first time.

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgable. I went for my tires but they did an overall inspection and recommeded a new battery as well. I knew I was going to need one but kept forgetting so I am thankful they checked that.
