I changed my mind and wanted to change some charms in my online order. Went to the store to pick it up and asked to change it right away. Ms. Maathumetha was super nice and friendly, she helped me a lot in choosing the charms and went through the exchange process. Even though I spent 1 hour choosing them (because you have to balance the price), she was still very patient & happy to help. On the other hand, some of the Pandora's policies are very complicated & made me confused.
