I was looking for a specific item and she offered me options, showed me the different pieces, and gave me input regarding the proper size that I should get. She was also very pleasant and was very accommodating when I requested to see some other pieces. It is my first purchase at Pandora and Anouk's professionalism left an excellent first impression on me regarding the brand. Pandora will definitely be on my list of gift items in the future.
