Hotel overbooked events so our dinners had to be set up like a buffet two floors down

Beautiful hotel but wasn't there long because I was meeting a friend who was a guest at the hotel before we went out for food & drinks! I know she was happy with the overall experience & would stay there again!

I love Hilton hotels, however we didn't have that great of an experience. We were there for the Pittsburgh Penguins game, and we were at the hotel bar getting drinks and sum snacks before the game. The service was absolutely horrible, super slow, and added gratuity to our check! Very unhappy with the service. Also in the hotel room they only provided two coffee creamers for two cups of cups, that is definately not enough!! And not enough sugars for the coffee either.
