Ticket prices are low and customer service was great but the overall look an feel for the theater is very outdated

We were told that the show we wanted was sold out so we needed to pay more for the 3D. Then we had to wait around for an hour for that show to start. Ran into one of our neighbors while in line for drinks and they were sold tickets to the show we wanted after we were told that it was sold out.

Snacks high priced, bathroom had no soap, and multiple seats in theater were broke
