Fun time all around...except when the tour guide broke down. Other than that it was a great experience with lots of memories made on Christmas at Universal Studios.

Great and memorable visit. My kids loved Grinchmas festivities. All of the characters were so interactive with my family. It was rainy so we too advantage of the free hot chocolate! Thank you! It shows how appreciate the park is that we endured with the rain to come. Great time and will come back soon.
