It's a nice place to take the kids, but they need to keep the restrooms more cleaner for the kids.

My family and I have been going to Universal for years and love it, but a lot of the guest from out of the country who visit are so rude. They tend to cut in front of you in the lines as if they have no manners when they visit here.
