Some of the staff are friendly. The majority not so much

my overall experience was just okay I guess a little better because I lost a lot of money

Food quality at buffet was poor. Most food was not fresh and our server never asked to refill our drinks

Too smoky and lost monet

I've spent way too much at your establishment. I remember the days when I could play for a considerable amount of time so I didn't feel so jipped when I left.

Lost a lot of money

I purchased 24$ worth of food and was charged $56. When I brought it to the attention of customer service. Telia was the lady that helped me. She told me " oh well " that's just how it works. She was very rude from the start she had an I don't want to be bothered attitude.

Not impressed with the entertainment management.
