The garden is very beautiful and clean. I've never seen a piece of trash lying on the ground.

Gift shop prices were very high...we had friends from out of town who just wanted a refrigerator magnet...$8-9.00 too much

great place to visit, plan to go back in spring

My grandmother took me to the Lantern festival on August 20 @ 6 pm. The crowd was horrible. She is 98 years old and in a wheelchair and it was gridlock and unenjoyable. I disliked the way it was set up for everyone to go one specific way. The lanterns were beautiful but the amount of people could have been avoided. I have been here many times and for previous lantern and other evening events. I have never had this experience before. Just terrible.

Was unable to attend garden glow due to not having purchased tickets on line. Wish this would have been stressed on the web site.
