MGM Grand

We were put in a wing/tower in a horrible, modern, boxy room. We hated it. Glass door on toilet and shower. Dreadful. We were also denied access to our room when we arrived one hour early and were told for a fee they would give us the room number. Otherwise they would call us at check in time to give us the room number. They never calls. One and a half hours after check in we were able to reach the hotel by phone to get our room number. Completely ruined our day. We will take our vacation dollars elsewhere. There are plenty other hotels with real hospitality.
