hotel room is really small. Check in staff assigned a wrong room number at first so we went back and forth with lots of luggage and the staff at the key/info counter didn't even want to apologize for the inconvenience. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

V bad stingy pillows in west wing tower. Rooms not like good hotel

I'm here with a conference (we're the organizers) and I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of hotel employees available. None of them ever stop by to introduce themselves and tell me I can contact them if I need anything. I'm working 12 hours a day at an information booth so I'm located in one place. Most hotel employees walk by me without even acknowledging me.

Starbucks staff are rude

Went to meet my parents when they checked in room door was what bathroom sink was clogged pool said open till 8 but they shut it down at 6 really bad experience we actually left property to eat because the ratings on the restaurants have dropped

Staff are rude. Food mediocre. Tables too high of minimum
