Front desk was incredibly rude when asked to change rooms due to neighbors (adjoining room) having a frat-style party 12am-5am. Told me that this is vegas and get used to it ... and anywhere she would have moved me (but wouldnt) would be just as loud. I've been a loyal customer to MGM for nearly a decade. WOW. Never received customer service like that here. Way to discount me as a guest.

For the most part I was satisfied however our room did not get cleaned one of the days we were there and I even called asking for it to be cleaned. Also I was charged for mini bar but did not consume anything from it.
