Went to jingle ball concert . Sat in balcony suite. Acoustics not great from that area. Could not make out what host was saying. My crab fries were not fresh. Otherwise a good time

Someone needs to find a better routine for parking, especially when you have to pay, and no one is directing you anywhere.

Very disappointed that there wasn't a place to nurse my son.

The bathrooms where dirty for the crew spaces

Organized venue

Bathrooms were gross. Wet floors and tp every where. Staff was nice. Fun time.

Staff was friendly for the most part, however they could have done a lot more proactively to try and keep the crowds sections under control, people were standing right in front of us, dancing on top of seats and while that is all good and fun, to the casual veteran concert-goer - can create a bit of an unpleasant experience

Did not buy food from the center cause as everyone knows the food is way overpriced.
