We were not told about the unlimited option. There are not enough people working there. The place is dirty and needs an update

The games are fun and my kids love it, but every time I go, the staff is very inattentive, which I understand they are mostly teens, but I feel like they need to taught work ethic.

We visited power play for a work event. The good was okay. The games are fun.

Place was dirty. Redemption room looked empty and sad. Machines were dirty. If the place was cleaned up we would be returning.

Power play is dirty and run down. It is also very overpriced

I payed for 1 hour of whirly ball and showed up 15 minutes early like I was supposed to but we didn't get started until 20 minutes into our time but when 3 pm was reached it was over. They didn't go to 3:20 so we got out full hour.
