Very easy to navigate inside. The staff is very friendly and very informative.

I visited for a friends graduation. Like most graduations it was a full house. The only settings were in the handicap section. Myself and a friend was seated by another usher and was told if someone with a need needed this section we would have to move we we totally understood! Maybe 15 minutes after being seated an older usher came loudly and very rudely told me and my friend that we were sitting in a handicap section. We told him that we were aware and that we knew we had to move if needed. He said very loud and embarrassing "you ought to be ashamed of yourselves sitting in a handicap section". Horrible experience

They should have a sign at the bottom of the steps telling me they don't allow certain size purses.

nice and clean place. however, getting in and out of the building was very difficult. stood outside for about an hour waiting in line after the doors were open. also, getting out of the parking lot was horrible. there needs to be more people directing traffic.

The seats in there are very uncomfortable but the show itself was wonderful
