I was super in impressed with how many horses were scratching. It was raining and the turf was off but even the dirt races. I've never seen so many scratches for an event like opening night. Lots of 5 horse races so we left after the 8th. We were in sky terrace level 6. The room was half full and the tables were so close together it was miserable. The tables should of been spread apart with 6 seats instead of 8 at each table. I could understand if it was booked full but our company had the whole room and line 16-20 tables were empty.

Was a stop on a Louisville bus tour. Entered in museum entrance, employee in lobby was not the epitome of welcoming and there was fecal matter on the floor of the restroom.

Great however the bartenders at the beer stand in the infield were extremely rude and not moving fast enough to keep up with demand

Your event staff is nice but they have no basic knowledge that would help a first time visitor. Your internal ticket personnel were very ignorant you need to train them.

Some very rude staff members. Also, the drink specials are at a very inconvenient time
