Great derby weekend. It never felt crowded

I was super in impressed with how many horses were scratching. It was raining and the turf was off but even the dirt races. I've never seen so many scratches for an event like opening night. Lots of 5 horse races so we left after the 8th. We were in sky terrace level 6. The room was half full and the tables were so close together it was miserable. The tables should of been spread apart with 6 seats instead of 8 at each table. I could understand if it was booked full but our company had the whole room and line 16-20 tables were empty.

The bar was incredibly understaffed causing long lines and waits. The entire facility completely loses lister during these small meets. It would be nice if it was better maintained.

Your event staff is nice but they have no basic knowledge that would help a first time visitor. Your internal ticket personnel were very ignorant you need to train them.

Good on Millionaires roll not nearly as good as years past. Very dissatisfied.
