When checking in, agent advise me that my card had been declined. I was shocked because I knew it wasn't likely but she insisted. I had to leave the resort and go to the bank to see why it was declined. Afterseeing that it ws not declined I went back to the casino to check in again. The first agent was no longer there so I told the agent that was working and told him that I wasted 2 hours for that mistake but he said he could comment on what went on. I feel a little sympathy or an apology was in order but received none. The front desk staff was very cold to there guests that pay their salaries. A little considertion for wasting my time would have been nice since I did miss a dinner date with friends becuse of the agents mistake.

Great place to hangout! Need to have more specials on alcohol. Better filtration for all the second hand smoke!

We went for a concert and had the best time! Drinks were great and reasonably priced. The hotel is beautiful

Gorgeous hotel rooms-loved the view facing the pool/golf greens! Restrooms down in the casino area need a lot more attention. More ventilation in the smoking area would be awesome especially for us non-smokers!

Food was not that great. Lunch buffet was not worth the price.and selection wasnt very appitizing.Watress was very hard to get to refill drinks and the deserts were almost non existant

For two days we had no tv nor telephone service. The eighth floor had flooded therefore all floors below were affected. Staff did not let guests know what was going on and worked late hours while we slept and was very loud!
