It was fine. Staff was nice at the front but stodgy in the exhibits.

The server in the restaurant that looks like Joan Cusack is awful. I think her name was, Becky, or Rebecca. Absolutely terrible. I spent one hour in the restaurant. 15 mins of that was eating my meal. My girlfriend got Mac and cheese. It was kraft cheese thrown on a plate with shredded cheese on top. You should advertise it as boxed cheese. I've been to this museum at least 10 times. This was my worst experience there. And 2 of your bathrooms stole my change while trying to buy tampons for my girlfriend.

The waitress at the cafe was terrible! We were not the only people upset. She forgot beverages, never checked to see how the food was, and took 10 minutes to bring us back change. She had plenty of extra hands helping her and for some reason she still failed to provide good service. We spent over a hour on lunch. What a waste of time! Took away from our time at this gorgeous museum. Not only that, but I ordered mac and cheese and all it was was Kraft Mac and cheese. Wasn't even stirred well enough. The cheese powder was still in it. I wasn't expecting gourmet, but that was ridiculous.

The facility is beautiful. The art is really great. Still, the ambiance is stuffy and cold. There is no comfortable "flow" to the visit. We visit museums frequently and just went to the IMA in Indianapolis recently. The entire grounds are art. It teems with energy. It just seems like CMA is caught up in the past.
