I feel for the price of your room that you should be able to control the temperature...our room was warm, until someone came to open the window.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean.

At lunch ordered juice for my three kids. Waiter asked if we wanted more, I said yes. I know Waldorf is expensive but geez- double charging for 2nd glass of juice? 54 bucks for juice for kids? What a ripoff.

Rooms are too small

The Waldorf staff were very rude and unaccommodating to our group. I am very surprised at the unwelcoming fellow for that I/we received.

Food was average at best. Had the filet mignon
