Kings Island

We had a great time at Kings Island if you ignore the food services. All of the employees working the rides were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food services was another story. First, we were served cold (not even lukewarm) fries from the burger joint in Coney Mall, and after I asked the employee for different fries he was going to give me more fries from the warming tray which were obviously the bad ones. After I told him I would wait for fresh fries which he then put in the fryer, he still tried to give the old child fries to others in my party. When the fresh fries were done he just dumped them on top of the bad fries which is definitely a poor food handling measure. This was by far the wrist

We love visiting kings island..since we are vegetarian our food choices are limited. We usually get subway where they carry just the basic sub, add very little veges..

Surf city changing facility very crowded. Need more of them. Food extremely expensive

Nice facility but some staff were not friendly. Also if you can't wear a bag onto ride the staff at entrance of line need to say something. Not have you get all the way up there and be turned around.

We had a great time. We had 2 smaller children with us. We wish there were more 'small people' rides mixed in with the big ones so we didn't have to keep walking from one side to the other just to take turns riding. Bathrooms were disgusting. They definitely need an upgrade. Rules are too strict in some water areas. Took the fun out of it. Wave pool was a disappointment.

Fought the crowd but still had fun

Everything was great. One issue was with the helpfulness of the service desk in regards of how to get our fast pass using an online pass renewal
