Of course, food too expensive. We went on day park was free so can't complain about tickets but it's a bit high for a family of 5.

Great park but they need to work on the maps and the rides only had one train per ride because even though there were ones available

I normally visit Busch Gardens but heard King's Dominion had more coasters. The park was much nicer than I remembered from when I visited as a small child. The ride lines were very reasonable except for volcano which we waited two hours for. We visited during BBQ and Brew fest and we're excited to try the food. The food was average at best. The brisket looked disgusting. Busch Gardens smokehouse serves better food daily. Two of the coasters (of five that we ended up riding) stopped as we were waiting to be unloaded causing us to sit on the end of the tracks for about fifteen minutes. The one coaster was due to safety checks and the other was because someone jumped the fence into a ride restricted zone. The ride attendant made it seem as though the fence jumping problem happens frequently. They had attendants at both rides during the break downs who were ensuring all riders were comfortable and safe. At Busch Gardens when you break down on a ride you get jump to the front of the line tickets good for one ride that day only. King's Dominion made no such offer. Overall it was a nice park and I would like to go back again and try some of the other rides. The ones we did ride all had a unique aspect to them and were great coasters.
