I attended an Otters Game at the new Erie Insurance Arena. The staff was very friendly and our seats were awesome! Everyone I was with had a great time, very happy we have such a great facility to enjoy!

Jerry Uht Park is a wonderful family friendly baseball stadium. It is a true asset to the Erie community.

The staff at confession were extremely slow. They did not know how to work the register. They were talking to each other and not hurrying to get the line down. Waited for 35 minutes for pepperoni balls. Gave me the wrong change back and I had to do the math for her. Did not know how many pep balls were in an order. Extremely displeased. Need more training. Need to work faster.
