Food quality has gone down.

This place take in but doesn't pay out! Needs to pay out way more often! I here MargaritaVille is way better!

Bad service. Rude dealers. Didn't appreciate that place at all so we legt

The service was slow -- it took more than an hour for a simple breakfast. Our server was friendly and cooperative. But my husband's omelette tasted like rubber and had to be sent back. The restaurant did not charge us for his meal.

Food needs to be kept hot in buffet

The stay was horrible. The staff/servers/dealers were all rude and very slow. Did not gave much concern about us it to keep us happy. I was very upset with my experience at el dorado and will not be going back.
