The seating arrangement was great and the guest services counter was very helpful during the Demi Lovato concert.

The united center is a great place for concerts and I never had a bad staff/bathroom experience. However, the food is quite pricey. That would be my only complaint.

Overall great experience. Bathrooms were very unkept tho there were 3 employees standing in the restroom with cleaning items speaking Spanish on the 4 trips I took to the restroom. Glad they have social hour on the clock while the restrooms smelled like urine.

I enjoyed myself although I feel that the food and beverages are a little too expensive. The atmosphere was great!

Very friendly people everywhere. Good experience. Beer is way too expensive though. I would have had another one if you weren't charging $10.75 for one.

Really too crowded to walk on 300 level. Missed part of the game because the food lines were so long.

Of course drinks and food are too expensive and the quality isn't great for that money for food
