Great atmosphere

The facility was clean and had food and beverage stands conveniently throughout the place. I was somewhat annoyed that we had to wait outside to get in. We were there an hour and a half early and we were stuck out in the cold. Also, there were only two merchandise vendors (I think) and there was a line just to look at merchandise. The beer sellers were also very loud and obnoxious. I don't think that's necessary for an indoor event. I was also disappointed with the tickets I had, but I think that is more of a Ticketmaster issue.

Great facility. So much fun!

It was a mediocre experience. The beer wasn't very cold and the nachos did not quite fill me up. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean enough for my liking.

The policy of removing and keeping the bottle caps from bottled water is ridiculous. When walking up steep stairs to your seat, it would be nice to have the cap on the bottle so that water doesn't spill all over the place making the stairs slippery. The concession workers were not particularly friendly or helpful. I ended up going to 3 different concession stands trying to find somebody pleasant to deal with.

Great time. Only thing I didn't like was the phone service. It was in and out
