Bathrooms were very dirty. A lot of employees I had asked about where to locate things (animals, bathrooms) didn't know. They would pull out the map (same map I was looking at)...not helpful at all.

The 4d movie was horrible was very short and the fee to see short movie is insane after paying $80 to enter zoo
