No mirror in the men's bathroom. Bathrooms weren't that clean

Drink tasted watered down and popcorn tasted like it was from a prior day, bagged up and sold

Went and saw Marvel Universe Online with my family. Staff was very helpful.

Ushers were pretty much no help

The usher at section 307 was rude.

The arena was fine but the pretzels were very hard/hard to eat and the nachos were not even warm. For the price I paid for them, I should be slightly satisfied with the food items, but I definitely was not.

The restrooms need to be updated.

It was a good show. The concession stand workers seemed to be in panic mode during busy times. There was a lot of upgrading construction going on too. They are trying to make it a better experience.
