Bathrooms could've been a lot cleaner. Liked seeing the animals they looked like they were well taken care of

We purchased soft serve ice cream for our kids. The staff was not rude but they seem VERY unhappy with their job. They did not smile or even greet us. They had poor customer service and made us uncomfortable. Next time I'd rather buy ice cream from the vending machine than deal with ugly customer service.

Ok. Animal viewing was good. The fact that 90% of the workers I saw were on cell phones was a bit disheartening. Especially when I was told to hold when I was trying to purchase a ticket time he train ride

Bathrooms were not very clean. Zoo smelled pretty bad near the bear country but you could tell the smell was no due to the animals

It seems as though grounds keeping has become low priority. Many weeds and overgrown spaces. Very disappointed Very rude employees today. Hope that they are just seasonable workers
