Historically is a great place to see a concert or just to visit in NYC, restrooms are always an issue (not enough) for the people who attend to events, then, you got the service stuff, their are not the most friendly people in the planet but its really hard to notice that they don't like to deal with people even though that thats their job.

The best arena in the metro area. Wonderful and great. Staffers are well prepared for questions and make the experience unique and perfect.
