Beautiful ballpark, staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with everyone (and we were not in a high-priced seating area) - whoever is running the staff is doing a fantastic job. Even after a heartbreaking loss (ALDC loss) - employees were at the gates thanking fans for coming / the concession man in section 335 was amazing - very friendly and helpful in getting fans what they wanted. Not including the loss... Only one thing made the experience less than satisfactory - the prices were ridiculous - a medium pizza: $19! / Hot chocolate (not spiked): $5 / beer: $8 - these are the prices I specifically remember but everything was insanely overpriced. Yes, we've come to expect event concessions to be higher, but this was beyond other event venues over-pricing. We're not all wealthy, taking our kids to a ball game is a wonderful experience but something we rarely do because it's unaffordable - please Comerica Park, change your pricing and stop gauging the common man - we're the fans - and it feels like we're being taken advantage of. Just sit in a section for a game - we heard so many conversations il about the prices - everyone laughed because it was that unbelievable. Just be fair - regardless of overhead, rent, etc...there is no way that an 8-slice pizza should be $19. To have this amazing experience leave a bad impression because of outrageous over-pricing is very sad.

Staff was too old and unpleasant and grumpy (several of them). Not enough seats in the suite.

Expensive??!!! Impossible to take a family with kids to a baseball team with those prices.....absolutely ridiculous for a million dollar venue

I am very disappointed with the events staff. They forgot my group name from the screen and Betsy's response was very unprofessional.
