We are new to feeding and watching the birds of Ohio. What a delight to talk with your friendly and knowledgeable staff that suggested 2 books to begin our new hobby. I think we are going to enjoy this very much. You also have such beautiful and unique decor items and stationary. Dana and Roger McCollum

I enjoy the atmosphere...reminds me of the Japanese practice of forest bathing and a book I read called the nature fix. The natural sounds of birds is calming. The sore is clean and attractive. The employees/owners were very helpful, kind and polite. A nice break from other businesses and how they treat people.

This was my first visit to the store. I love the television showing the bird can. The store was bright and clean. It was a little difficult to social distance at times. Dave, the gentleman who helped us was super knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and always smiling. I learned so much from him and was just so excited to finally get to come to the store. I love that I bought foods that attract exactly the birds I wanted. I was especially trying to entice the neighborhood blue jay, our nuthatch from across the street, and our woodpeckers from across the street. The very next morning they all visited my feeder. I also saw a new bird, a Carolina wren. Thanks to the book I purchased I was easily able to figure out what bird it was. I love that my children are now even excited to watch to see what birds come to our feeder. Thank you for having such great staff and service.

Very clean,good lighting, friendly knowledgable staff, very interested in our needs and questions and not rushed. Met our needs in caring for our backyard family. Wore masks. Exciting to learn about ways to feed and care for our animals. Espec keeping squirrels away fro birdseed and suet 👏☺️
