Soon as we walked in we were greeted and the staff told us what was on sale and just very friendly atmosphere .

The woman who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. Their membership program was very appealing so I signed up. Their prices are a bit high, but I know the quality is there.

Salesman was very helpful and informative in showing me products and how I could use them.

They were able to change my email account so I could access customer discount.

I was highly satisfied because the staff was very engaging and knowledgeable. They were also very helpful by explaining their personal experience with same product. The friendliness and inviting personalities were the reason for a return visit the next day. I was not disappointed with the men this day either. Carl spent quite a bit of time explaining how things fit together and offering to attach flanges to the items that needed those.
