The staff is very friendly, the store isn’t too crowded and I enjoy my country drive to get there.

It was my first time and both clerks were very helpful and the speed of check out was easy. They also help me with signing up for the members package which was a delight to have my free gift!

I came in to buy a bird feeder moat, and that is what I got!

I have recently been getting into feeding birds with my mom. She was diagnosed with dementia a couple months ago and bird feeding/watching has been a great pastime that we enjoy while going through this chapter in her life. Because of that we came to WBU Huber to expand on this hobby and we had a great experience there. Dave helped us a lot and was very knowledgeable about the subject and the merchandise in the store. He greeted us immediately upon our arrival, gave us pamphlets, a coupon and a sample bag of feed. It was wonderful and the customer service was outstanding. He was very welcoming and patient with my mom and I greatly appreciated it.

McDonald’s the moment I entered I was greeted, provided an overview of what was where, let me shop, checked in with me, no pressures to buy, but close enough for me to reach out to. So friendly. So knowledgeable. I purchased the feeder balls and their recommendation and it seems to be the hit in my backyard. I forget the older gentlemens name but he is a superstar.
