Donnie and his staff got me and out in a very timely manner.

Big O Tires has been taking care of my Ford Escape for years. Donnie Britain and Glenn Warner are the best! I always come away with a great feeling of a job well done.

Donnie took great care and tried to find my tires at other locations as well. Delay of delivery was due to snow. Very helpful!

Quick and simple oil change service. No issues with the timing or ease of drop-off. Customer service was direct and called immediately when complete. However, overall customer service behavior is never actually friendly.

Quick, friendly, thorough service.

I went in for a wheel alignment. I made an appointment and was checked in quickly. There were problems with my vehicle which needed addressed to do the alignment. Glen was the mechanic. He explained the problem and was able to get it all fixed and do the alignment on the same. Glen was super nice and did a great job.

Always friendly, helpful and trustworthy! Glen is warm, friendly and funny!
