FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. CONVENIENT LOCATION. GOOD HOURS OF OPERATION. EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. ALSO LOVE THE FREE TIRE ROTATIONS AND I LOVE MY NEW TIRES. THEY ARE AWESOME! THANK YOU! I DID NOT REALIZE WHAT A BIG DIFFERENCE THESE NEW TIRES WOULD MAKE.

I came in as they were able to schedule me in same day for an alignment, I requested the tech to inspect ball joints and advise if any other repairs were necessary. Also requested to check axle to frame alignment and showed tech how to adjust aftermarket track bar. Tech did a perfect job and truck drove great. To no fault of tech I experienced catastrophic failure of track bar, installed new bar and requested alignment, big o got me in same day again, I provided custom alignment specs and big o performed the request with no problem and included entire service under warranty! I will continue to use this location in the future and have recommended others

The guys at the 3rd St Big O are the absolute best! They are the only people in town I would go to for tires or an oil change.

They were very quick and efficient, it turned out the key that I had for my locking lug nuts was the wrong key they removed those lug nuts and replace them for me in a very adequate amount of time.

Friendly staff who are willing to help, very affordable and they accepted a coupon I had, they also happily fixed a piece of rubber that was coming off of my door; they are all great.
